DaM! just sold my ps3 pre order slip on ebay for $2500, who else got lucky with that?? or who else is actually getting a ps3??
 
a few of my friends are camping out. i want to do it so bad but i am mascotting at a basket ball tourney this weekend and therefor i cannot and i am very bummed about it.
 
2500, are you kidding????? how does that happen, if ur not bsing, what a fuckin investment you had there. well done
 
a few of my buddies are camping out at our Future shop...i think im gonna drop by just to check out all the madness. Next gen systems right before christmas.....best way to see a 40 year old man kick the shit out of an 8 year old kid for video games.
 
I have a buddy who is paying like two kids to sit in line til friday, and then hes gettin like 15 kids going and buying as many as he can and selling them on ebay, hes gonna make bank.
 
wow thats insane man i was thinking of buying one and selling it myself but didnt really want to risk it even tho i know it would have sold for profit
 
im pretty sure its only out in Japan right now i think it comes out this week or something i dont really follow it....but ya Tony Hawk looks fucking insane the graphics n shit....jesus...
 
I think it's like 50 bucks. I'm assuming he's going to get the ps3 and pay the full 600 and then ship it. So he'll get 1900 in profit. Such a deal.
 
i got an xbox 360, its good, and i hear ps3 isnt gunna be that good, and its gunna break easily
 
i have no idea man. i actually played some demos on the ps3 at best buy today and they looked good and stuff but not worlds better than on my xbox(both playing in 720p hd). plus most of the launch titles for ps3 are out already on 360.

First of all did any of you knotice that those two winning bids have people that have a 0 rating. And do any of you think that someone would buy a ps3 for 30 grand? If someone had that much money they would park their limo or hire someone to go get it for them. And if they people don't pay for this what's the worse thats going to happen? They are going to get bitched at? Ebay can't do anything.

Also Hitz, do you have proof that you sold yours? I'm not saying it's totally impossible but it seems crazy.

^ yeah actually you have a really good point man i didnt even notice that. there are actually people bidding close to 3 grand though that do have feedback above zero. still crazy
 
i saw a kid playing one at best buy today, and it really doesn't seem all that special. they did nothing with the controller, the game on there didn't like it had much better graphics than a 360, if at all. so the only thing that could make it worth buying, in my opinion, is if it had incredible games that aren't available on any other system.
 
I think that the prices are absolutley rediculous as is, anybody remeber when x box came out, and it was lik 350, and people were like oh my god thats so much, and now its 600 just for the console, and people are paying upwards of 1500 for a pre order, thats just nuts, nerds should put that money towards getting girls, not a ps3
