You can now create your own video playlists and subscribe to other users playlists. To get started, just click the playlist button below any video to create a new playlist and add the video.
You can also subscribe to other users playlists, and be notified whenever they add videos. I've created one already so you can check out how to view/subscribe to other users:

You can remove videos from a playlist by going to videos->playlists and hover over the video thumbnail, you can find the option to remove the video there. You can also edit the name of the playlist from this page, or delete the playlist altogether.
