Haha yeah for some odd reason I love watching Deadliest Catch but when I think about it, its kind of boring xD
 
I was just gonna make a thread about it. IT's fucking amazing. That 24 hour panning time lapse of the North Pole where the sun never sets.

And those fucking babboons walking across the swamp up right. So many epic shots. Everyone should watch it.
 
Fuck.... this is amazing. There are so many firsts. I swear that narrator said "For the first time ever..." about 10 times. And how rad were those elephants playing in the water? I want one.
 
I have a 62' plasma with all that crazy high def and high def sound and all that shit, idk, my dad would be able to tell u what it is, but im watching it and it's life changing.

amazing on high def, i just watched all 3 new episodes. i can't wait to watch this every weekend. we all take earth for granted. we don't realize how truly amazing this planet is. there's so much of everything here on this perfect world.
 
the ocean one was the best, that vampire squid was insanity. discovery also has good shit on though, mythbusters and man vs. wild are sick.
 
yeah i like how discovery is going back to its old ways. all those kinds of channels went through a period of shitty redesigning shows and such, it sucked. things like atlas and planet earth are great to see again, and of course mythbusters rocks.
 
Discovery Channel is just the shit. They even played an episode of Top Gear a few nights ago. Best channel, no question.
 
i watched some of it, i bet youre jealous...in high def on a 61 inch dlp tv (thats better than plasma according to my faggot of a father) kissmyballs. haha just kidding but its way sick in hd on this thing.
 
Wow, its so amazing, and while it shows you the beautiful parts of our world it also makes you think about how much it we as humans have ruined and how much we continue to ruin every day...
 
that show pretty much consisted of animals owning other animals, which was sweet.

but seriously, such an epic show. loved it the first time i saw it last year, still great
 
You must be an incredibly uninteresting person if you can't find something on the discovery channel that is sweet.... Every show is so bomb. Man vs Wild?? Deadliest catch?? Myth Busters?? so many goodies.

that was the best 3 hours of telelvision ive seen in a LONG time, wow it was so good thank god i bought an HD tv like 3 weeks ago
 
It made me want to go out to like the amazon or some place and explore it. 99.99% of the people in the world just work all day and are materialistic but the other 00.01% see the most incredible things on this planet. Definantly was the best 3 hours I've seen in a while, which is no contest with shows like 'date my mom' on. And did you guys see those Volvo commercials? with the blind spot mirror and heart detector? I almost want one.

Just read this and I totally agree, STUNT JUNKIES?! C'mon, that show is shit, along with 'How it's Made' the guy has a monotone voice makes me want to take a nap. How its Made is a cool concept for a show but not only does the narrator suck but they do dumb shit like making pen caps.
 
ha same here i was thinking how i should make a thread on it. i was watchin it with my mom and she was weirded out by how excited i was.

plus on the 2nd one. "mountains" they had mont-blanc on it. plus a bunch of other mountains just had me sayin "i wanna ski that"

i can see how a couple parts were a little sad. but all-in-all i found it motivational and inspiring.
