Places to go out at night in Vail midweek (Sunday-Weds)

Hi all

I'm gonna be staying in Vail village Sunday and Monday and likely a couple days longer if the snow is good (but not into next weekend will leave Tues Weds or Thurs.)

Does anyone know what the good spots in the village at night are midweek?
