Places to buy chickens

i'm interested in purchasing a chicken when i get down to washington, anyone know a place i can get a healthy chicken in its larval stage for cheap?

De Youngs farm and garden in woodinville has some i think haha. they only sell them in certain times of the year

there are various reasons i want a chicken. one may be that i want a non-human companion.

enumclaw has a huge live stock auction all the time. all of your non human companion needs could be fulfilled.

Dels feed has some in Monroe, right near the intersection of Highway 2 and the Duvall-Monroe Road (Hw 203). Usually in the spring though. If you want, I can give you a chicken, we have this exotic white one with puffy feathers and all that's never laid eggs.
