that honestly looks gross to me. Deep dish is the worst type of pizza. Leave it to the midwest to make something great, really horrible and gross.
 
And heres where I know you have no taste. Deep dish pizza is better than all other pizza. This really isnt even opinion, its fact.
 
Think of the best pizza youve had, now just have more of it in a single slice. Massive amounts of cheese, a super good crust, and some great sauce on top. Apply toppings amidst the cheese as you prefer.
 
It's good. I was just being salty but it's my least favorite type of pizza. It's just like eating lasagna. I like my crust to topping ratio to be 50 50 if not more crispy dank crust than toppings. Because the crust is one of the main reasons why pizza is so good. There is just too much going on in deep dish and you have to eat it with a fork and knife

 
And id rather not eat the equivalent of the Exxon valdez on a soggy piece of crust. NY pizza is so greasy its insane.

Theres some good thin crust out there (think traditional italian style) but deep dish will always be the best. Headed to Ginos tomorrow actually. Regardless of your deep vs thin crust opinion, if anyone says anything else in Chicago is better they really are wrong.
 
yeah I don't mess with deep-dish... thin crust for sure. the pizza in Vancouver sucks so much though, stoked to be back in vermont where I can get some bomb thin crust.
 
We have a lot of good food here, and massive variety in terms of authentic ethnic food. While I was at school in Montana it was one of my biggest struggles. Real tough to get something like Middle Eastern food out there haha.
 
Hahaha I feel this way too. There's a show called Eat St that shows you the most top notch food trucks around the country. There is a fish n chips one in Portland that I must make it to.
 
I actually almost choked eating Deep Dish. inhaled the first 4/6 and then almost died on the fifth piece. I prefer thin/medium though, or a Calzone if it's convenient.
 
Dude I went to Gino's east today, had two slices of amazing fucking deep dish. That place is literally the best ever for deep dish
 
Temple campus has an entire street lined with roach coaches. It's like getting lunch at the UN

while i realize it's not the best, pizza huts thin crust is awesome because it's so crispy. doughy pizza is gross
