my home mountain is banning jumps, they say they dont want to get sued for 50 million like that one colorado mountain, so they have their rails all setup and they are all terribly kept and so now all i get to do is powder, which is good but it only happens like 4 times a season. so luckily im getting license next year and so im gonna get a northstar pass
 
dude my hill is pretty laid back about that stuff. probably because it says on the back of the lift tickets and season passes, it says that if they are hurt doing anything on the mountain that it is their fault and responsibility. so try to see if your hill could try to adopt this type of policy.
