Dear espn,

you suck

your commentators suck - fire them

your priorities are all wrong - start showing skiing instead of snowmobiling.

most importantly, your ''live'' coverage is screwed. all we can hear is your useless commentators talking to each other with a leaderboard, which is being continually updated which indicates that we have missed runs of our favourite athletes. we cannot see any skiing, despite the event being run live. your audio is connected but your video is not.

please fix these technical problem asap

uh what? i've been seeing skiing. are you talking about how they dont show any runs or are you not seeing skiing at all??
 
theres actually a lot of people that enjoy watching the snowmobiling and the sport has a huge community that follows it and supports the racers, so really everyone should stop knocking it and accept that it's popular and interesting, just not what you like. ESPN isn't showing it because they're stupid or don't know what their audience wants.
 
all I know is that this is the only time of year I get to watch freeskiing on tv and espn are who I have to thank for this second christmas so I can't get too mad at them...
 
i can almost guarentee you it's nowhere near the level of the freeskiing fanbase.
 
I agree snowmobiling is lame but it's in the X-Games because it has a big following. Just like motocross and Nascar. Without it there would be far less money coming into the event and it wouldn't be what it is today.

but yeah i dunno why you would be pissed at espn theyre bringing you hours of skiing for free... and theyre bringing the snowmobile nuts their snowmobiling and yeah
 
I'm not sure about that Trevor. It may be easy to forget living in SLC and going to the U, but overall freeskiing has a pretty daaaaamn small fanbase.
 
Exactly, they get maddd money from snowmobile sponsors etc thats why there are on TV more.
 
Mike Douglas and Uncle E are awesome. The only thing I would want to add is Luke Van Valin to the team.
 
be thankful we have it on live stream any way, yes the coverage has been shit and the snowmobiling seems endless, but to have it streamed on the internet is awesome for us who cant get espn

they need to work on it for sure though
 
ummm the reason the announcers suck is cuz they have to talk about it to a majority of non skiers so if they get too technical the average person will be totally lost.
