In which company would you buy your skis? Armada or k2?

I ride k2 at the moment but myh skis are pretty... dead and must buy a new pair for the coming out season. The deal is got, set the price approximatly the same for both skis fix include.

Why skis would you take if you consider I'm not really a powder skier and mainly a park/jib skier.

I heard Armada are done after a single season, is that right?

Fix are STH14

Personally I would ride the Pipe cleaners, i think that the topsheet chips on armada's but other then that i think they are fine

if thall doesn't ride them, then their not worth it. Naw but still, pipe cleaners are the choice of champions. aren't disorderlies a new name for the PE's anyway

I'm not sure if i'm correct on this, but don't the pipecleaners have the porous base? so it wouldn't be good for rails? I am not sure, but yea go with armada, unless you wanna give K2 a chance

do you think the pipecleaner worth the price? about 900 i could get suspect at same price...

how many years do you think they will ''live''. 1 year is pretty bad

my p-e gives me 3 years, and k2 with the sapin wood core is pretty interessting... for about 900 plus or less gimme 3 choices. suspect, disordely, pipecleaner

i dont care if the top sheet rip off easily i just do wanna see the wood core after mid season

900 dude? just consider the bases and the stiffness on the pipe cleaners. if you have not overlooked those, they will be a sick ski

idk i've only ridden my pipecleaners for a full season and they are still great. i think the supect or the pipecleaners will hold they're "life" so to speak. They 2 of the most quality park skis on the market for big companies right now

PipeCleaner

650 for the skis

280 for the binding sth 12

1270 taxes include... in my state

Suspect

skis and binding dealt at 903 taxes include

sth 12

disordely

449

280

823 with taxes

should i go for suspect or the extra money worth it? where i skis is more a grooming ski and no pow at all except for so rare exception...

Armada used to market the fact that the Pipe Cleaner was NOT for rails as it had thinner edges to reduce weight. Is this still the case?

The man speaks the truth, this is right of of Armada's website:

No other manufacturer can claim a pipe ski with victories at the X Games, the World Superpipe Championships, US Open, World Ski Invitational, and more. And unlike so many other competition skis, the Pipe Cleaner at your local shop is the exact same Pipe Cleaner that Tanner, TJ, Jacob, and the rest of the Armada team rock in the pipe: same World Cup-inspired race base; same refined AR Core 2, same uncanny edge hold and feel through the transitions in any direction. It's no wonder a ski that performs this well on an icy pipe wall is just as fun blazing down a groomer—you could probably win a slalom on these, the winningest pipe ski ever made.

I would give the disorderlys a try.

well i think I'll give em a chance to show their value.

But can anyone tell me is the price are about the same in canada or us, maybe i would be interested into internet shipping and everything is the sale worth it

thx for the precision on the pipecleaner, i'm definitely not gonna pick em cause i do more rail then evertything else so...

i'm wondering this too...i keep hearing either "its almost as stiff as the PE" to "its as soft as the fujative"...so i'm not sure.

dude if you're willing to dish that much money out go with suspects they're sooo sick and will hold up so great on rails with their new like advanced edges that are super strong (go to site for details i dunno them exactly)

wish i could dish out that much cash, but i love my anthems
