Pipe Poachers at Boreal beware

Ok this is lame..way lame

some skiers thought they where cool enough to pull down the rope in the pipe after I cut it yeasterday. You can thank them for the f__ed up pipe this morning. This is serious considering these warm temps and the work that is going into our pipe so that it is good during the day.

It costs about $150 dollars an hour to run a snowcat. I spent 9 hours fixing the pipe yesterday..do the math. If I catch anyone poaching it won't be nice. Hope you can pay to play if you want it that bad.

that chainsaw you were using to make the walls nice an vert was crazy...

How long is the blade oin that sucka?

Is the pipe still on from 11-5?

yeah..sort of....

it's been freezing in the morning so its been opening between 9 and 10am and its been getting beat down by 3pm so I've been cutting by 4pm everyday. Most people that actually ride pipe are long gone by then...its only a few gapers that get the boot.

Eric: any word on when Boreal will be closing? I wanna buy the pass now, but not if the hill will be closing soon. I'm kinda short on $$$ right now and could spend that 199 on paying bills or some lame shit like that.

March 31st is the last night skiing, and we will be open for days only for 2 weeks after that.

april 15th is scheduled close date..

remember though that $199 price gets you your pass next year as well.

It you miss this special deal the price goes up.

You know...I should know this but I don't for sure. I want to say that passes before the blowout sale where $399, I also remember earlier this year hearing something about a $299 pass. Best thing would be to call slaughter at 426 3666 ext 184..he can give you the full scope and take pass orders over the phone.

Sam, I told you wrong on your message. The pass will go up to $299, and will probably remain there, at least until October.
