i have two pairs of burton pipe gloves. one are the Ronin (bad glove, grip layer comes off) the others are elements (warmer than Ronin, holding up fine)

i have some dakine vipers, they are awesome, its so much easier to grab than with normal gloves or mitts. But they have pretty much 0 insulation so that sux

They're for warm days when you are hiking and dont need or want hot hands. Also a little bit easier to grab and stuff, just cuz they are lighter, less bulk.

I have a pair of Fox gloves for the spring (they're pretty thin, not warm) and I have dakine gloves for the winter. Pipe gloves have so much grip it's un-fucking-believable. Everyone should own a pair. Especially new mothers, so they don't drop their babies.

Pipe gloves have very sticky rubber grips on the palm which actually make you a better ski grabber...Its sick. You can tweak out your mutes and liu kangs way harder than with regular gloves. The only problem is sometimes you cant let go and you have to take them off in the air. Its crazy.
If they're the black Ronin gloves with the red palm they suck balls. I'm on my third pair. the frist two pair were sent back with manufacturer's defects and the third pair cant be sent back because Burton wont accept them being sent back anymore they just liquidate the Ronin gloves that I have.

i have some Dakine Cross-X. Theyre awesome for warm weather. They arent waterproof and they have a leather palm and rubberized fingers for grabbing. works great.

i have burton pipe glove that work well on days that are above say 25 if it is too cold your hands freeze the fuck off but ya they work the hands are tacky to give you better grip i would look into a pair

Yeah I got some of those Dakine Cross X gloves to.. they are awesome, I got them on ebay for 19.99... cant go wrong there, or with Dakine for that matter

hey gallant how you like those level gloves, i was looking into some but didnt know if they were any good or where to find them.

you guys may have NO idea...
but honestly, ESPECIALLY if you have GOODE poles, give the GOODE pipe gloves a shot. they are a totally different looking style (leather) but they are the closest to waterproof of any pipe glove i've used.
they are INTER-LOC compatible...and they are super nice.
