Pins and Needles in feet

I've skied these boots from new for about 40 hours, had them properly fitted with footbeds, wear a thin ski sock and yet still get numbness, arch pain and pins and needles. I've slowly being doing them up less and less but still the effect remains. i generally have poor circulation, tight calves and achilles' but that shouldn't really make a difference right?
any ideas of what i can do?
cheers for any input
ps. i tried this in the boot fitting sticky but got no love.

Make sure that you get used to your footbeds before you ski. Either by wearing the boots inside for a bit (sounds lame, but it totally works) or put your footbeds into your street shoes for a bit. Also, make sure to keep your toe buckles on a semi-loose tension. If you over buckle your toe buckles, you just compress your foot into the footbed. That = not fun.

Pins and needles = lack of blood flow.
Definately make sure you're feet are used to your footbeds, and if you don't have them you should look into them.
If your boots are fit properly, and they're brand new, DO NOT make your toe buckles super tight. You're just making it harder to get blood to your foot.

Nope.

Pins and Needles=compressed/pinched nerve.

Lack of blood flow will make your feet pale, cold, and definitely could be part of the problem. Pins and needles results from a compressed nerve.

Where exactly are the pins and needles? If it's the top of your foot or especially in your toes, that would suggest that your peroneal nerve is getting pinched. I damaged this nerve, and some of my toes were numb for two years. The nerve runs down the outside (lateral side) of you calf, so the top of you boots could be pinching it, causing the tingling.

^ Yes. I had this probelm for two years now, stilll havent gotten all the feeling back in my toes. What happened with me was: I got my boots slightly bigger than i should have, as well as they werent stiff enough for my style of skiing. In order to gain more stability i would rely on over tightening my boots, this caused the bones on the top of my feet to be pushed down into the nerves directly under the bones and get really bad tingling/pins and needles. Think about the stiffness and buckling to compensate for something as the root of the problem if u still havent figured it out. Also i went to the doctor and he gave me multiple shots in each foot, which btw was super painful, and while they did get better, they are no where near back to normal, and it was costly as a motherfucker. Hope u figure it out.

as i'm a flip flop man ( hate on that if you feel the need) i think my feet have a massive shock when they are plunged into ski boots, also when i bmx i have a tendency to curl my feet, kinda like trying to grip my pedals with my feet so i was thinking a similar thing could occur in my boots and therefore it could be a sort of cramp therefore leading to pinching of a nerve.
the pins and needles aren't focused on the toes it's mainly in the body of the foot. i reckon i'll just try wearing them around the house a bit, they're pretty much as loose as they can really go without being useless as it stands.
cheers guys.
