Pink Floyd

So over the last two weeks I've dived deeper into Pink Floyd then ever before, and needless to say I've come out very very impressed and intrigued.

Like many I've listened to Dark Side of the Moon countless times, however I've also always really enjoyed Animals and of course listened to The Wall and Wish You Were Here more casually.

So part of what has been fueling this intrigue is I've been reading Echoes: History of Pink Floyd while dissecting each album. Great pair and the book is a highly suggested read.

Anyone have anything to add? In particular I'm looking for the Live CD Pulse

Anywhere to send me to pick up on more stuff?

As for their music - have at:

Check out Dave Gilmour's solo albums On An Island and Live in Gdansk. Both of them feature Rick Wright on every track. It honestly sounds like a modern day Dark Side of the Moon, as it really evidences Gilmour's influence in the band.

This thread deserves a bump, I've also been really into Pink Floyd lately. While nothing beats Dark Side, I've really been getting into Meddle lately, it's a great album
