Pink Flamingo Camp III.... Jib the turtle.

kicker gap to a flat landing that is higher than the bottom of the kicker... then a small kicker off the end of the flat landing that takes you down back to normal level... see shanghai six 0r War

Have you ever seen Shanghai Six? It's similar to that thing at Keystone. Picture a really large cube of snow... and a step up onto it... ski like 20 or so feet across the top, thena little kicker off, so its like a stepdown/cliff type thing off. ours is like that.. not as big a drop off, but still large.

sure it's not this big... and this clean looking.... but here's the concept.

Everything needs to be finished up and smoothered out, but this gives you the general idea. All I can say is that i can't wait for all the sickness taht is going to go down, and i'll see all you kids tomorrow morning bright and early.

question!!!!!! hurry to answer pleasee!! r there lockers that will be avalible for me to put stuff in!?!?

oo, yea i have seen the movies just never heard it called that, im stoked we are gonn ahve one, should be so much fun

the park is ready, and amazing. We have a rail line that does down clydes.... 14 foot flat, to C rail around a curve, that lead you into the rain bow, the 10 foot flat bar, the little kink, the kink box, and the tower box. and the step up got tuned and is amazing looking. the step on step off it 10 times bigger than anyone expected.... andd..... the big gap, just got so much taller. the kicker is about 25 feet tall, and looks retarded. Bring your A-game to that. the double kink and triple kink are in next to eachother (top left in the picture) and the 30 foot flat, and A frame (set up as kink.. FD) is next to it, which are both next to the Step on/off. Suzie is down in the flats... on the bottom jump, we have a 16 foot single barrel goin upward, so you have that huge landing to land on..... and the bottom hit looks immaculate. one of the most creative, and best park set ups i've ever seen.

one of the best weekends of skiing ever, great job to everyone who put it on, the vibe was great the coaches were great. I cant wait for next year

good weekend...only thing i couldve asked for is more hits on the big gap...thanks for settin up the camp guys it was a hell of a time

yeah it was a great camp....i loved it..everybody there was cool and nice to everybody....sick vibe..great jumps..and 1 question..wut it happening with all the footage from people like the guy with the camera chasing people wen they went off jumps..haha and when other people jus sat there and filmed tons of kids??

wow. i have to say that was definiteally worth the drive from detroit. i just got home. im tired/sore/wrecked but i had the time of my life. the park exceeded my expectations, i learned 7's and switch 5's, and got a ton of free stuff. what a great way to end the season. thanks to everybody that put it on and all the sponsors. hopefully you guys have it again next year, and i wish i had come last year.

is anyone gonna upload pictures or make an edit? cuz there was a shitload of people filming all weekend.

i'm so beat. by the end of today my knee was so sore i just randomly stood around helping kids learn misties and other cool thingers.

oh ok well at least i know who you are now...yea i didnt do the stepup and hip much at all today...i was over on the other side. you should have tried the big hit man it was amazing

yeah... one of, if not the best park i've ever skied. Sooo much fun. The big hit was rediculous and such a good hit. Huges thanks to the sponsors... especially Armada and Jibij... they killed it. Thanks for coming out everyone.

hey guys, im glad everyone had a good time, if there are any suggestions hit us up on here or on fp's forum, sorry the gap didnt get open first day but that wind was just too much, and we had to shut it down second day due to speed and wind...... other than wind couldnt have asked for a better weekend, clear skies, right temps, good food, good people, as of right now im planning on trying to find some other cameras and get some more footage to put together a little edit of camp to send to next years sponsors, and a special feature on our dvd, and the super good stuff will go in next years movie for sure... if anyone has footage they wanna send me, pm me.....

I think it's safe to say that the turtle was sufficiently jibbed. Good job by all. Big shout outs to all the sponsors, all the coaches, diggers, and people who put in tons of cat hours to make the park. Just a big thank you to everyone involved in general. I know it wasn't easy to set it up and make sure it went off easily, but I think it was a pretty big success.

wow im sooo glad i went saw some crazy stuff thrown!!!! im still not feeling my best after busting myself so much!! thanks to all that helped, the big hit was sick!! you guys have to make that big hit again next year!!!! best park that i have skied in around here!!! got to meet 720guy and dynastarskier both really good skiers and cool kids!! fun was had by all!!!

it was amazing thats all i have to say! i could not of expected anymore out of it. and i learned sooo much. it was so worth the 5.5 hour drive!! and ill be doing it again next year! and yea linedawg it was cool to meet you and ride with you and stuff dude. thanks to all the coaches they helped me out alot with a bunch of shit. and juss thanks for making it go down. and all the campers everyone was just so chill and wasint like up tight at all. it was juss an amazing enviorment everyone got along so good and stuff i juss loved it.

yea another good thing is that people keep people from hitting the jumps when you fall. and people dont laugh at you from the chair lift, instead they encourage you to get back up and try it again. really chill atmosphere.

so for all you people reading this that didn't come, i hope you are all taking note of how stoked everyone is on it and i hope you can come next year to experience it for yourself. this is the same environment you would find at the large summer camps, but at a much more affordable price.

I might consider coming down next year if you guys need a few more coaches. Sounds like a pretty fun time. Let me know FP32 guys. Any of you planning on hitting up superpark?

good to hear everyone was lovin it. i think next year there will be a cap of 100 campers so we can get some really good coaching going on. Keep that in mind when everyone starts signing up next year.

it will only get better with time...

see you all next year

ummm the first day i had on green pants and a blue shirt and the second day i had on a brown sweat shirt. i was riding salomon 1080 filters.

nah^ we thought about it but we just got a dusting(well a 4 inch dusting)... some people did urbans though, and i went 4x4-ing in my field( to show that i truly live in indiana)
