Pinched a nerve in my neck

So i pinched a nerve in my neck the other day. Just checking my email and popped my neck funny. now the left side of my neck is really sore. like a cramp kind of feeling. it hurts to turn my head in certain directions.
Im just wondering if anyone has had something like this ive got a room reserved at timberline for my b day this weekend and imma be so mad if this doesnt go away.

you pulled a muscle. you'll be fine. i do that shit all the time after sleeping on my pillow all fucked up. sometimes it really hurts like a bitch and you cant turn or lean your head to that side at all, but itll fade within a day or two.
