Pimp Hands?

Anyone try out their gloves? I would love to comp some for next season but not sure how good of quality they are.

Hey,

We wanted to give this as much time as possible to get some responses, but there really aren't that many people out there wearing them hahaha.

First up, we don't want to spam the forums and tell you how good our shit is. We would much prefer it if there were geniune responses, good or bad.

secondly, we don't wanna use these forums to try to sell them and push them on you either. So yeh, we're kinda hesitant to write anythin.

So all I can offer is our personal experience and try to keep it un-bias.

My brother is still rocking the same pair I gave him for the 2010/11 season. So its nearly 2 full season, about 80-100 days a year. In all honesty, he doesn't ride any park, but otherwise his pair have held up damn well. No tears or broken seams. The synthetic leather palm 'balls up' a bit and the heat transferred 'pimp hands' on the palm wears off after a while.

Our own pairs have held up well too. We ride a lot of park and pow but haven't done as many days as my bro. Neither of us have busted seams either, but again the synthetic leather palm does ball up. But this gets to a point and stops.

Hope that helps!

Pimp Hands

Just a heads up to anyone who is interested in these gloves, I just saw on FB that they're having an hour long sale tonight (6pm west coast, 9pm east coast) where their gloves will all be $35. So if you want some, nab some tonight.

I own both a pair of the park gloves and the winter mittens. I'm real stoked on both pairs. My winter mittens have nice loop holes to put your hands through so that you can dangle your gloves from your wrist when your gloves aren't actually on. When the gloves are on, there are nice individual finger holes in the mitten. The mittens are also nice and thick with insulation so I doubt my hands will be getting cold this winter. Additionally, the material seems to be supreme. On the mitten, the backside has a cool graphic of ripped up denim. The palm side of the mitten is composed of leather which is definitely a strong material. Swany status for sure.

In terms of the park gloves, they are nice and thin for those hot days during the spring or summer camp. I'll be rocking these gloves during my hotter days on the slopes. The palm side of the glove is also made out of leather so you won't be ripping your gloves when grabbing your sharp ski edges. The glove also has a removable liner so that you can wash out all those nasty smells.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the PimpHand products. They are definitely made out of high quality materials that are going to keep you happy in winter or summer. These guys are definitely doing it right with their products. You can tell they are skiers and know what skiers want. I got my PimpHands about 2 months ago. Pretty stoked to rock them this coming season. Check em out!

I think you would be alright until real late in the season. That's why I have two pairs of gloves though.
