SHOULD NOT BE POSTED BY YOU! This is happening a lot now in the photos section. From old to new pictures, people are posting them that they had no hand in creating. I'm really getting sick of this and I'm sure some of you are also.

And why do these pictures bother you so? Does it hurt? Did you take these pictures? Are people stealing your work? Are you losing precious seconds of your day when you click on a photo you may have already seen somewhere else?

Think about it a little. Give it all some perspective. Then get back to me. See if you're still so heated about the photo section on a website.

I don't have a problem with it as long as credit is given to both the photographer and athlete.

I would be pissed if I had spent a while taking a sweet shot and people posted them as their own.

I'm with ghost on this one. As long as I know about it, and I get credited for it, I'm down with other people using my pictures.

But copyright infringement is for flaming pieces of shit, and I would rip someone a new asshole for using one of my pictures w/o credit.

I think photographers, as long as their name is displayed, benefit from this because their name goes around skiers and they can become a bit more famous. However, real pictures taken with a huge resolution should not be displayed if they arent yours, because it destroys the work...

I sort of agree. It seems like poeople just post a photo to make thier media section listing in thier profile grow bigger. If your going to post someone else's photo, at least give them credit. If you dont know who took it, dont post it.
