This might actually be hard cause really it's a pain in the ass to go through the pictures sometimes to rate them, due to the fact dumbasses put stupid pictures in the wrong categories. Once that problem is fixed more people will probably go to the picture section/rate pictures and there would be a need for the Pic of the Week/day
