u need to havethe image somwere on the net. then just right click and say copy image location. where it sais reply put

and paste the url into the middle

you can go to www.putafile.com.

go to picture, under the media bar up at the top. pick a category and choose Upload picture

If you have no experience with compressing pictures to a certain file size, try www.photobucket.com , it's worth making an account there, your pictures can be 250kb and if they aren't the site automatically resizes the picture for you to be that size. Seems like it would be perfect for you.
