Picking this years ski ?

Had the suspect for 3 years, everytime i got a new pair id break the edge within a week just from sliding rails. Im sure a bunch of you have had the same problem, and i was just wondering if rossignol or armadas go through the same thing. Or if there are any other suggestions that won't do what my suspects went through. Basically i cracked the metal edge, it starts to break off then the base is exposed and then i end up just sliding rails on my base.

basically i just want to know a ski that wont tear apart from sliding rails. From the east coast so rails are kinda important haha

i say armada something with their new sidewall is bulletproof i would say t halls or ar7 depending on the flex you want
