Picking scabs?

does anyone else have this? i always feel the need to pick my scabs. and i want to stop! its gross and annoying. any ideas? and anyone else do this?

When you pick scabs it's more likely to scar. Just scratch the area around the scab! It sucks when you forget about it and scratch it and then it bleeds again

I dont think that picking scabs is a problem. If your eating them though you need to be locked up.

I love to pick my scabs. Its awesome, i just hate if you pick them and they bleed again and youre like shit now im gonna have another scab. But then you get to pick that one too
