Pick my skis for me...

Thanks for the info. I'm still about 50/50 or maybe 60/40 with armada in the lead. I keep hearing that the msp's don't have any pop and feel like crap but i've been riding 3 year old mat trix for a few years. They feel like they are made out of 2x4's
 
I am not sure where you are hearing that about the MSP's. Right before I bought them I read every review on the internet about them (very few) and checked out most of the post on NS relating to them and I really only saw one post that was dissing them...hey if they lack pop...just ski off the jump faster...right
 
I agree. I'm 5'10" about 140, and getting the Prophet 100's in 186. I might be pushing it for myself, but your size and weight should work well with these.
 
You should check out lines website...it is pretty sweet...thier product videos are awesome...the Prophet 100s are the ski for you...those things will rip so hard...I am defenetly getting a pair next year (after a take a new job in CO) for a pure powder ski
 
armada's are generally pretty shitty, seeing as its a pretty new company. i got the 06 guns from salomon and they are sick, very versitile
 
^if possible i'd like to support a smaller company. So based on that criteria K2, dynastar, rossignol, head and volkl would be out.
