So my brother is getting his own house, so me him and a buddy are looking to spend 5 or 6 hundred on a bong or vape. But I can't decide!

I've been looking at a lot of custom RooRs, but I just don't know if they are worth the money? If we do get a RooR it will be a 7MM Icemaster, like this one. Then we would get an ashcatcher for it, most likely a RooR ashcatcher as well.

OR, there is a roughly 4 foot, 4 arm triple tree perc, Zong. At a semi-local headshop. But it doesn't have a bistabil joint like the German RooRs, andd the glasss isn't nearly as thick.

Or this RooR vaporizer, which is probably my main choice right now. It looks sick as fuck, but I don't know anything about vapes.

Any insight is welcome, unless you tell me not to waste my money or not to smoke weed.
 
Roor is a brand that has done little to improve their product tech wise over the years. Sovereignty has been making great improvements.

In my opinion, you should pick up not the biggest and best, but a middle of the road vape and bong, preferably with the whip attachment so you can vape through your bong. Get the Sovereignty mini-stemline with an extreme Q vape. Now you'll be able to save a little since vapes use less bud, and still get that bong satisfaction. Just don't blow water into your vape...
 
Yeah I was actually just watching another video where the RooR owner talks about that vape, and it fits on 18.8 joints so I had that idea to get a bong+vape. I'll check out Sovereignty.
 
coming from someone who currently owns a roor straight tube...fuck roor. i wish i knew more about glass when i purchased, theres so many better options out there. Look at ALT as posted above, with a budget like yours you could get a beautiful piece.

look into customs too...EFS (or possibly DWB...but theres a ridiculous waiting list) will make you a tube to your exact specs even with a moderate budget like that.
 
if i hit a bong like that i think it's safe to say that both my house and I would achieve immediate liftoff like dorothy does in the wizard of Oz. Holy hell we're not in kansas anymore
 
yeah Illadelph's are sick as fuck. But I can't find a place that sells them around here and I can't find an online retailer either.

The search continues.
 
Make very sure that you get a Highly Educated Ti nail & Dabber + Oil dome. Then learn to make BHO or source some locally.
