I go to umass amherst and next year me and a buddy are goin through our domestic exchange program in quest for powder. Our only requirements are it must be close to skiing that's accesible without a car and it must have a somewhat legit mountain bike team or at least dope mountain biking in the area. Oh and it's gotta be on this list... http://www.umass.edu/ualc/domestic_exchange/schools.html

I'm thinkin UU cuz it's so close to skiing, and close to the city, and my friend from high school is takin a year off of school to live out there, and utah has quite the rep for sick skiing.

as for asking ns, no sophomore year when you're doing mostly gen-eds and shit isn't that important, and if you live on the east coast and dont see my motiviation for this you are the idiot.

and he's taking a year off between highschool and college, he's graduatin this year.

I'm who he's talking about, and I'm graduating this year. I'm not even sure if college is where I want to go with my life at all, and I'm certainly not going next year. There are alot of things that I care about much more than a college degree.

like perfecting your skills on the mcdonalds fry machine?

by the way im just kidding, plenty of people who dont go to college make a lot of money.

UPDATE! we can also go to canada, the choices in BC are simon fraser or u. of northern BC... any thoughts? either of those close to whistler/blackcomb or any other dope ass mountains?

FORT LEWIS. Durango has sick resorts like Telluride, Wolf Creek, Durango Mnt, and Silverton and get big dumpings and has really good mountian biking

Western State College of Colorado, Crested Butte is 30 miles away with a bus that runs several times a day from town to and from the mountain. There is also a decent mt. bike team and Hartman's Rocks rec area that has some 200 miles of bike trails, this is only 5 miles from campus. Check it out

^yea I've actually been kinda thinkin about that one too cuz my sis goes to school in CO and loves it.
