just search it on the internet, i did the same project last year, i talked about friction, between your skis and snow/air, also how carving skis work, and jumps(the speed you need to clear the flat), and why the landing is sloped, theres a bunch more stuff to talk about

its pretty much the same as any physics really isnt it? i mean skiing doesnt have a different set of laws then anything else, just read up on physics and shit, and im sure u can figure it out from there
