so i just got out of a full leg cast after 6 and a half weeks, and can barely bend me knee and when i do it hurts like a bitch. and i'm starting physical therapy in a couple weeks

if anyone has been through it, how long does it take to get decent muscle back, and how long till i can like run for lax

It will take about 8 months+ to get all of the size back in your leg, but the strength should be back well before then. just do all of the home exercises obsessively and do everything they tell you to.

i had back spasms after i overshot a jump, and went to physical therapy. it took me about a month before i skiied again
