i have elements 3.0 but in some of the tutorials im lookin at it says use the pen tool...i dont see a pen tool so i was wondering if there is an equivalent in elements or its just not there

its probably under a button, like when you click on the pencil tool icon you on the toolbar you should get more options than just the pencil.

it should be directly below the path selection tool, aka the pointer haha. it is for the version i have anyway. if its not the pen tool, click down and hold and like 5 thing should show up. or press shift+p

well considering ive had it for about a year..and it cost 80 bucks...im not thinkin im getting photoshop CS2...also considering that costed like 190$
