help with photoshop...can someone tell me how i can like remove a person in the picture or something like that...with layering

 
use the circle cut out tool thing and move them.

BK is right, use the clone stamp tool. It takes some time to master, but it is worth it. What kind of photoshop are you using...I am using CS

 
This will be kinda hard over the forum, but you click on the tool, then, say you have someone on the snow you want to take out. So you hold option, then click on some snow. then let go of option and clone over the person (or whatever you want out) and you'll the idea. It take some getting used to, and some skill to make it not look fake...Snow is actually really easy to clone, tress are gay and so are detailed things...So keep this in mind when you are shooting.
