Photoshop ?

Hey, I'm new with Photoshop so bare with me here. When you finish a picture or whatever in photoshop, how do you turn it into a wallpaper or use it in another program. Secondly, how do you alter documents ie. report cards, if anyone can give me some tips soon, on how to change those numbers that would be excellent.

to export, when done with it, save it as a psd and return to photoshop... then, simply hit alt-f4

file> save as> then pick the file type

Is the document written or typed because a written one would be hard to change. If its typed then open it up, use the paintbrush to draw over the number you want to change and then replace it with one you type in. Its not hard.

haha. faking a report card.. we cant do that here, they use special paper now.
