Anyways, there should be a subsection forum for stuff like this... it's pretty cool with skiers doing battles and stuff, it's best when the pics made are about skiing though, I think that's why a lot of people disliked Andy's work compared to others.

The next pic should be something tropical and should have more depth to it than this pic. I'll start a new topic with a new image later, probably in the Media and Arts section though.

The PS war is not about skiing and it was not intended to be about skiing. I'm talking to Pat (the kid who started it) right now, and he agrees. The thread was made in NON SKI GABBER, and the fact that I didn't make a picture about skiing or naked girls shows that I have just the slightest bit of a creative thought process. By saying that skiers tend to like those other pics better (the ones about skiing and naked chicks) just shows your maturity level and those of the kids. The PS war is about skill with the program, not throwing together a 5 minute peice, nor trying to eek out the slightest bit of humor from people, a comical picture is rad, ,but not one that was just a corny overused joke.

I sorta agree with this but dont. anyone can learn photoshop, but it takes a creative mind to put together good digital art, that goes with composition and overall look of the piece. If your good with photoshop it doesnt mean your gonna become a graphic design artist, you gotta have the background design principles before you start pulling design out of your ass..

your shit is good andy, but your views about graphic design are different then that of mine. But keep up the good work. Dont take this post negativly either, just my views about it.

 
I also find if your pieces send out a message within design somehow, the overall graphic is more impressive then just the amount of effects you apply to the graphic... Ill try to join in on the next PS battle or whatever.
