What's up guys... I need somebody who can make a city look like its underwater in photoshop... Salt Lake City to be exact... It's for a project i have coming out in the winter called, "Lake Bonneville"

Anyway, i can provide pictures of the city as to where i think would be the best angle... but check out this video for reference... This is sped up, but in the youtube description the guy says it took him 2 hours a 42 minutes. Shoot me a pm if you would be interested in taking on this project and we can discuss details!

somebody make this easy money. This is not a very hard photoshop job and I if I still had ps I would definitely do this. It would definitely be sick to see SL underwater though
