Im part of a college lacrosse team at Eckerd College in Florida, were trying to have a promo event for our team and were calling it Laxstock. We are making t shirts for this, and i wanted to adapt the original woodstock logo into something more lacrosse oriented.

we want to make the neck of the guitar into a lacrosse head, using same colors and everything. I know alot of you are dirty at this type of shit, if anyone could help out and photoshop this it would be tight. We are also not selling the tshirts and making a small amount, just for the team, so dont worry about copyright or anything. thanks
 
havent seen any ideas from you yet, and i wanted it to look sloppy and and hand drawn like the original

 
This is a good start, thanks for all the submissions so far. You guys are def on the right track but were now thinkin of maybe making the shaft thinner so it looks more realistic, and if thats done then youd also have to close the hand a little tighter. Im no good at this stuff thats why i came to you guys. thanks for the effort, keep em coming, win a free t shirt.
 
i made the shaft smaller and tightened the 2 fingers closest to the head so it looks like he's holding the stick a bit more than playing a chord

I'm sure. I would personally do this in Illustrator, but I don't know what others have used to design their logos.
