Photoshop help/ illustrator needed +k

Not sure if NSG is the best place to ask but i bet there is a lot of nser's who know a lot about illustrator and photo shop. I need to smooth out the edges on a couple pictures because when i imported them to illustrator then were all pixelated on the edges. I have to vectorize (confused about that) it and smooth the edges. if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it. here are the pictures

if we do this for you how are you going to learn how to do it yourself... only one way to learn how to use the program and its to just jump right in and use it if you get in trouble on how to do something there are tons of tutorials on google.

yeah you are totally right. i hav only used c5 a little and i just downloaded c6 and it is pretty confusing. would you know how to smooth the edges on c6?

On that website you will find a comprehensive guide on how to use the Pen tool in Illustrator. The Pen tool is used to create the vector images you are in need of.

Or just half-ass it and use Live Trace, its in the Option menu...
