Photoshop editing

some times when i see pretty good photos that needs some adjustment in the pictures section here on ns i download them and do some minor touch-ups. can i post them here? would i break any rules? would anyone want too see?

(sry about poor spelling, not english native and honestly dont care on internet forums)

 
Maybe just pm the person you took the photo from, but Im not sure even they would appreciate that. I wouldnt post them.
 
Probably not...
I don't think a lot of people want to have other's photoshop their pictures?
I did that once for illustration purposes and the kid got hella mad...
