What are some tutorials/lessons/lectures that greatly influenced your work? I don't know about you all, but I learned everything I know about photography online.

These two are especially good:

What helped me THE MOST is I have 2 friends that are professional photographers. One works in a studio and one works for a sports company. I just asked if I could assist on a shoot and they were both SUPER game. I learned more working 4 hours total wth these guys than I ever have in my life.
 
look at how to work a camera without looking at it

like a car - when you practise enough you dont even look at the gear stick or pedals

same with a cam ... exposure and depth of field you really need to know well

then play around with tilts and angles and light etc
