Please dont tell me to check the search bar cause i already have.

my problem is when i post a picture is shows up with the grey box saying "No Thumbnail Available" no matter what photo i upload. is there some way to upload a picture so the picture shows up and not the grey box? any help would be awesome.

 
ya its because its hosted by another site, click on it and it will show up full size. you just wont have a preview as if you uploded it through ns
 
anyone know how to make them smaller so you can upload em on ns? all the pictures i take with my digi cam are always too big and i have to use photobucket
