It's tough to critique because most of your technicality (exposure, etc) is spot on. The thing I'd work on the most is composition. Most of the stuff is either super loose comp, or really closely composed. It's ok to have a subject take up a lot of space, just try and focus on your rule of thirds and place it right on the thirds. Or, with your looser horizon shots, make sure to never place the horizon in the center. Instead, have the sky or foreground take up 2/3 of the shot, with the horizon right on that third.
I'm sure you know about rule of thirds, but just really focus on composition as that's all your really missing in a lot of shots. One thing that really helped with me was taking shots that I didn't think were very well composed, and cropping them in different ways to play around as to how I could have composed them and get a visual example of it.
