well 5 won by 2%
the only skeptical states would be california with all votes for the same photo and montana but they weren't for the top photos so i think 5 won for real...to the dismay of despite.
im closing the poll now and the winner has been pm'd but 100 votes is pretty awesome, thanks guys

the goal of the contest is that if you stray from the topic, have some good evidence as to why you chose to do what you did. i'd say that's my only gripe with 3, it's a super sick shot but not too oriented around water

But no_steeze, Id have to say a picture with water in it, has more of a water them than birds that live by water..

well seagulls are pretty essential to beach life
but i did not vote for 5, i think you could argue that either photo represents the topic...all in all it was a pretty broad subject
