did you add the dark circle in post processing? colors to? what did you do to it?

Yes and colors are uncorrected. A tad sharpening. I did it using a custom made lightcube.

Here's my entry.... I know it isn't food so I'll let one of the contest creators decide whether or not to allow it. Like most University students I don't exactly feast on the most photogenic foods, so I improvised. To me, the fridge is a magnificent place to find food in the middle of the night when I'm looking for some good munchies, and that is what I'm trying to portray in the pic

These contests are WAY too drawn out, in my opinion. This one started 19 days ago and we haven't even made it to the first voting thread yet. If they already haven't, people will start to lose interest. Just my two cents.
