Phone Problems(env)

i had the env also, and something was wrong with the chraging port inside of my phone, so everytime i would charge it, it wouldnt get any battery and just keep shutting off, and finally i couldnt even turn it on anymore. The ppl at verizon said the ycouldnt fix it, and i neded a new phone, so i just got the newest env that came out, much better than the other one
 
I have the enV and sometimes my buttons don't work.

I've heard people have a lot of problems with this phone, so I would just suggest going to verizon (I'm assuming) and get a new phone or asked for it to be fixed.
