anyone going? just got my ticket in the mail. 8 sets of music 4 days of entertainment. phish is playing an early noon acoustic set with coffee and dounuts for fans. also they do a halloween cover where they pick someone elses album and slay the fuck out of it. the obvious festival antics will go down, and it will probably be the best thing you could ever do on halloween and surrounding dates anywhere ever.

its at a polo club in southern california. it should be an amazing time. fields of lush grass, palm trees, mountains ideal setting. and perfect desert temps.

I saw them recently at shoreline ampth and they are playing like no band has ever played before. I also went to the festival in coventry, and i cant wait to see how much harder they are going to kill it at this festival.

phish live is like a dream you have had, but never knew you had it until you found yourself at the show. if you dont make it to the festival, check em out if they are within 5 hours from you. (if you can get tickets)

Dude, I was at the Shorline show too! I was so stoked when they played Bold as Love for the encore, I think I was one of the first people to recognize it cuz I was the 1st person I saw jump up and yell.

I wish I could go to Festival 8. No fundz for it though.
 
Also if anyone needs a ride that lives in Colorado (FoCo, Boulder, Denver area) let me know. I'm going with two others and it would be sweet to split gas 4 ways.
 
i wish i could get out there to see this, but alas with school and other shit this is utterly impossible.
 
yea guys share rides n shit. this is going to be the ultimate. skip school, might miss a powder storm, but its all good. plus you can check out one of the worlds gems, joshua tree NP which surrounds the festival grounds.

and you get to see the greatest band of the last few generations at their finest. real music is dying. phish could be the last band for a true musical expeirence in your lifetime. get it before its gone.

 
no way i was at the shoreline show too! so fucking sick! phish is fucking nutty. wish i could go to the haloween shit but dont have the cash
 
It is going to be such a sick show, I know a bunch of people going, I have to work though. Phish also released a date for November 27 in Albany Ny if anyone cares. I haven't seen any other dates yet. I am very jealous of everyone that is going to this show. Hopefully someone please post the antics and highlights of the show.
 
so it must have been dope. i was listening to the simulcast as much as i could. and the OP isnt lying. the first phish show i saw was easily one of the best things ive ever done/seen/experienced in my entire life

the first day was about getting down in the mass of people because thats what you do at concerts i thought.

phish acoustic set, trey asked the crowd to sit down, everyone sat or layed i sprawled out and melted into the grass. super close to the stage never crowded

the last two sets, specifically the last set was unbelieveable im pretty sure nobody missed a note, im pretty sure it was some of the best music EVER created, in an enviroment that had never been created. im not even going to try to describe anything else, buy the dvd when it comes out and see what you hip hop lovin thugs missed out on.

 
i'm tempted but megaupload is sketchy as shit. ill have to wait for my waffles hookup to get it to me

i remember when phish came up for what was there last concert there was like a gazzilion cars up off the highway and it was poring rain out was intense
 
when Phish was in vermont a few weeks back my friends parents and grandma went to a private show that they played in the town where trey's house is/claim
 
whose goin to miami I wanna go sooo bad for new years. O and I saw them at the shoreline too fucking best concert of my life. Fuck all the phish haters if you knew good music you would understand. and thanks for the downloads
