I might do the first 11 shows and then call it a day. I would like to do some west coast but I'd be happy with those shows if I can make em.

There's always rumors. Vegas, watkins glen, and a bunch of other shows that were "happening".

Every year.

And where are you out of? I'd be down prolly

Charter One is an incredibly tiny venue... Not a huge Phish guy, but thats pretty cool they are playing someplace that small still.

KKKKK lotto is over/most sales over.... let's talk, kids!

Ive decided to do all of the west coast tour except for SF and will be at Merriweather both nights for sure...... other than that it's a plan on the fly basis.

I also have an extra for Hollywood Bowl and 3 extras for the Gorge if anyone wants to talk trades.

To each his own. I can't justify spending close to 700 on a few concerts. Hopefully going to mountain jam this year. 250$ for that, about all ill be spending on shows this summer.

hopefully I can make at least one show. I'm trying to pack this summer full of shows as much as possible.

sort of related, anybody know anybody who has tickets for Furthur's April run at the Capitol Theatre? I'll pay pretty well. hit me up.

I guess they've added close to another 20k capacity with a new lawn. I saw an article about it a couple weeks ago. Now it's looking pretty standard venue ish

$700 isn't even bad. I don't even want to know how much I spent on shows just in 2012, and def not so far in life.

I don't buy much stuff. I live pretty cheap. I like to spend my money on experiences and traveling, that's my go to thing. Sort of like the money skiing costs would seem ridiculous to some people.

Idk it's my thang.

Yeah I didnt realize that at the time I posted. Pretty awesome, if they slope the lawn enough that you can see. It would be great to have a large capacity venue closer than Alpine/Deer Creek. Especially if they got the sound right, which they didnt with the Tinley Park ampitheatre.

What are the chances of just showing up to one of the Chicago shows and getting some lawn tickets for cheap. Never seen Phish, would like to, but not trying to break the bank.

Depends on the show and the venue.

Sometimes it's just random though. Jones beach one year people offering people $300 for tickets, this summer the 4th of july show was on the ground. Didn't trade a pack of camels for a ticket cause it wasn't even worth 5 bucks.

You can find miracles as long as you don't go to every show expecting one like some of the wooks.

Good luck, rage phish, it's fun.

Sweet! Ill give it a shot. Ive got a few shows/live baits, etc on my ipod, really like all of em.

went to the gorge in like 09 or something. paid for first night not planning on staying the second, ended up staying and getting tix for like 20 or something for the second night that day...hoping the same for tix at Tahoe this year cause everything's all sold out pppppssshhhhhhhh! definitely don't pay hundreds now; super fun show but not worth much more than face value in my opinion.

Just got my tickets to the gorge! July is going to be a fun month. I might try and get tickets to tahoe as well closer to the show.

Worth more than face, but I'll never pay more than face. The shows raging, I just don't support scalping. Even NYE, if I didn't get in for face I wasn't going.

got my premier camping on lock for the gorge. sooooooooo stoked. i cant believe its been 13 years since ive seen them.

last year was one of their greatest years in a looonnggg time, at least since '03, if not since 2000. i am expecting amazing things this year.

Yeah I have faith in you! Just keep that finger high in the air and be wary of people trying to rip you off..... good luck brotha I hope it works out because I know you'll have fun and get hooooked

yep camping at the gorge. got a hotel room booked in south lake for tahoe shows. keep me posted on your plans!

Im gonna hit you up outside of NS actually because I'm trying to figure out my gorge > tahoe plans......... AWESOMEEEEE

Many of my tour friends have fabulous full time jobs.... how can we afford to do Phish tour? ....because we've worked our asses off/never taken sick days. Don't stereotype.

I want some of dat keystone regular again. Shit was wild. If you make it out to spac and get stranded ever let me know and I'll find you a place to crash. I don't live near there but I know a bunch of people around the area, and there will be people ragin.

In 2010 took a ton of people into the woods to this fire spot and just had a mini fest community for the 2 day run. Was actually pretty sick since you only had to cross the main road, then go about 1/4 - 1/2 mile down back roads and you were there. I don't think the place exists anymore though which blows.

Thanks for the late night food :)
