I saw him today at practice for the WSI Superpipe. He's riding Line's right now but he's not sponsored. I heard that Levinthal just gave him a pair of skis till he gets a sponsor. From what I've heard, he's not in much of a rush to get another sponsor, I think Oakley treats him well enough that he doesn't have to rush to find anything at the moment.

 
Cko is right, he is presently riding Lines that Jason Levithal gave him and Levithal is suppose to make a ski completely black for Poirier. He isn't in a rush to get a new ski sponsor and no doubt he will find a good contract with a ski compagny, Poirier is an amazing skier and the skiing industry knows that for sure...

 
Yea I dont think hes in a big rush to get a sponsor. Oakley treats him awesome an he will get one when he wants to get one

Line is turning out to become pretty big I think. Each year that goes by tehy improve their stuff a lot. In a couple of years it will probably be the 'burton' of skiing. Everyone will want them and they will be really expensive and considered top of the line.

Just my prediction.

 
ohmygod, that is funny shit. i heard that lines construction had gotten better this year but philou is a huge f*****. i hadnt asked him this question lately and i havent seen him since the open. good to know that line is still pushing our sport by doing this.

Allright here's what i know about salomon. Mike D, being aged and wise, is not getting payed by salomon to ski but is still sponsored by them (as in getting next years stuff since X-games.) Douglas isnt getting payed, baisically because he isnt competing anymore. vinnie was on his pro model from this year and not skiing on next years stuff @ X-games and the Open. as for JP and JF, i havent seen them ski in the past several months so its a big ?
