So stoked hes back and skiing again but it looks like he is no longer going to JOSS. I was excited to see what he was gonna do at JOSS. maybe next year. JOSS is going to be a dub/huck fest. hopefully someone will keep it smooth and styley

when will you people learn that dub =/= to huck.

kang flip shiftys by henrik? not hucked

doubles with smooth clear grabs all the way through? not hucked.

doubles can be stylish.

some one should make an official Hate On Doubles thread and all thoughts surrounding the subject should be posted there. if some one was to truly huck on a jump the size of the ones at joss they'd be doing triples

yes, i agree, like russ henshaws mutes to japan?

but there are still soem hucked double, like tjs, in my opinion, was hucked

nad the sw dub misty looks a little hucked too

i dont think phil was ever confirmd that he was going as part of team canada, it was just a bunch of kids speculating on here about who chug and tj should pick , it would have been sick if he went though

disagree. i hated the dub 16 and the dub misty 14. while they were cool to watch and innovative, they were also gross and hucked, not steezy at all. i love wallischs dub rodeos and he can lay out some banger dub 10's too, as well as kim bogerg (not sure if hes going or not) can throw down nasty kang flips.

actually, in one of the JOSS threads that were goin around not too long ago, Jon himself said that B-dog had confirmed he would be on team Canada. Would've been sick if Vanular was the one to replace him, but whatever, still gonna be fuckin epic.

do you?
not all innovative doubles were hucked. look at PK hunder at that london comp 2 years ago... first real double cork 10 that now everyone is copying and it was smooth as butter.

honestly who cares about progression? Most guys dont go out skiing cuz they wanna take the sport to a new level. i mean what will honestly happen if tom wallisch throws a triple? aside from a new meaning for the word tripping, absolutely nothing. will skiing suddenly go mainstream and start drawing in billions of dollars? no. will we suddenly make every kid in New York and the south wanna strap em on? no. Skiing isnt about progression. Skiing is about skiing.
/rant, have a nice JOSS

It takes time to smooth out a new trick. When people first learn to do park most pf their tricks are hucked the first few times.

yeah exactly, the first time a trick is thrown, its going to be exactly that, thrown. Style comes with the mastering of a trick, correct me if im wrong

the dub misty 1440 was anything but hucked. he held a grab the whole way through. im going to be honest. if i had to watch ski movies that were just cork 3's 5's and 7's id get bored really fast.

actually, i didnt miss the memo, and i knew that chug tj and dorey were the team canada athletes. im just a little confused because nowhere in my post did i say they werent the team canada athletes.

someone above said that b-dog had never confirmed his spot on team canada, so i was simply stating that he, in fact, did confirm his spot on team canada before he got injured.

i then went on to say that i would have liked to see vanular on the team instead of dorey, but that im still stoked on the current team.

in conclusion, your post makes no sense

bro, im saying he confirmed BEFORE he got injured, and then had to pull out because of his injury.

if you actually go read the post that i replied to, the guy said that b-dog never actually confirmed his spot on team canada at all and that it was just a bunch of nsers speculating that he would be on the team. so, i was just informing him that he was wrong, and that it wasnt only speculation, and that he actually had confirmed it before he got injured. thats all i was sayin
