I heard that he had his knees reconstructed and now he's rehab. He is biking to get his knee better.

I heard it from a owner of a bike shop that is tuning up his bike.

Is it true???

i did that, got a new bike too, its pretty dope, rode alot and now my left knee is nearly as strong as my right (left is normaly a bit weaker) and in some circumstances its actually stronger. Today was my first rail sesh. altho i did feel it with the brace and shit i was not holding back. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOO PSYCHED I AM SKIING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was hitting an 8 ft. rail off astro turf but i got switch ups and stuff so i am SOOOOO HAPPY. words cannot explain it. its been months and about 7 days since i last skied. it feels good to finally let it go and just be happy.

Bikes are great rehab, because there isnt a whole lot of stress on the knee while it is still being exercized.

yes I did get hurt again to my other knee, eveything is almost good now , and i will be ready to charge it next year.

for the record, "in rehab" and "doing rehab" are two very different things. Belan is doing rehab on his knee. Good luck with that Belanger!
