I skied the K2 Hellbents yesterday at Snowbird and they had too much flex for me. Can someone recommend a good fat powder ski? I am looking at the JJs, Thugs, Bacons, etc. ++karma
 
Chopsticks, although ive heard people had bad experiences but to each his own, maybe some thugs because i hear they real stiff, how fat are you looking for exactly?
 
yeah chopsticks, thugs, arvs, kuros, jah loves, double helixes, hazmats, czars, lords

all relatively stiff skis, just what your looking for.
 
I can speak from personal experience that if you thought the bents were too soft you should stay the hell away from the bacons and thugs.

Try something from moment if you're looking for a stiffer fat ski. The M1's are really stiff if you're looking for a bomber ski.

Better yet, Armada ANT's are really burly skis with a very generous waist width.

Just two things to consider, they might even be too stiff for your liking though!
 
I assume the shop mounted them where it is "recommended by K2." I didn't realize that the Thugs and JJs had more flex. Interesting..... Which would you recommend?
 
if you want something fat for pow-specific, Armada ARG

for something beastly fat, check out the K2 Pontoon. man those are big
