Petition to bring back The Golden Wheelchair Awards

This was originally devised by Crystal-Needs-A-Park, not me. It involved a lot of NS OG's including Trevorwoulddoit, Jib_This, Rebel, Melvs, some Dragon's Lair people (including I think Ghostdragon) and later, Rowen. Interesting fact: IIRC Ahmet Dadali won this one time for some comment about killing rabbits with a 2x4. It may have been Giray, I couldn't really keep them straight at the time.

The problem with the revival is that it started out as making fun of people, and turned into this thing where everyone said dumb shit in the hopes that they would be recognized at the end of the week. In other words, it basically became an award for attention whores. If we brought it back it would be that again times a hundred. Everyone on this website is basically an attention whore now, especially in NSG.

The other problem is that this would require me to actually read NSG on a regular basis.

 
He could just change his current name to "Crystal-Still-Needs-A-Park" but I doubt he cares alla way down there in Squaw.
 
NS should make a "Nominate" button on posts, so people can vote up the worst shit. Then there would be no question as to the dumbest posts
 
I think these oughta happen again!!!!!

But like Cobra and JD pointed out the award system should be done ... intelligently ... so as to avoid the madness of attention whoring that deluded the Golden Wheelchair award. Is there a way to hide the awards post from the winning members? I dunno, something like that, maybe.
