Petition to bring back Super-Kang-Known

Guys no more need for petition... lets just come up with rules. I'm totally down, and we'll put a sweet prize on the line!

Options:

Video or Photo contest?

Bracket style or voting style?

I say we do a single-trick Liu Kang contest thats video, and uses a bracket style contest with first round of elimination starting at 64. As many people as want can enter, but only 64 will make it into the brackets.

 
When should we run it?

Probably quick eh? Like over the next 3 weeks or so? How much snow do you guys have left?

 
i have a feeling this would be the best bet. CT/OH/other non-ski destination skiers arent going to have a place to go in the next few weeks, but other places will be open for months, just try to keep it fair.

I like the idea of brackets though. I'd be stoked to see this come back, hopefully run by Kiesel and Bishop again, and maybe some NS guys

Personally, I think the contest should be run next year. Just to give everybody a fair chance to create the ultimate Liu Kang contest entry.
 
this all sounds awesome,

but I feel it should be best kang edit, not just single trick.

also, I petition for Jeffry Kiesel to have some part in this. it just feels right.
 
Obviously would love to see it as soon as but i think if we shift it to next season more people could get on it and the level would be that much sicker/more hilarious. europe still have plenty of the season left but i can imagine a lot of resorts are stuggling now. could sacrifice but put a date on it for next season
 
why not this year and next year. More hilarity to be had.
and a single shot would be pretty easy for most ppl to get done
 
We should start it this Friday and end it a week/ 2weeks from Monday.

start the submissions on Friday and close the window for submissions by two weeks from today. Then have the voting an the bracket and so on. I hope that is more clear...
 
Prizes

The winner will receive a new un-announced Jiberish Collab hoodie, a collection of Newschoolers stickers, Newschoolers schwag and whatever else we can fit in the box.

In addition, for the period of one year, the winner shall be dubbed "King of the Kang"
