Petition - Line Skis bring back Anthem and Chronic in 2011

damn, im gunna miss the anthem though. i hope this stepup thing is similar because i hate this years graphic for the anthem.
 
remember how sick pocket rockets were, then they went to guns and they weren't half as cool? same situation with the public enemy and the extreme. hopefully line will break the tradition and make the new ski sicker than the anthem.. if that's possible.
 
i'm not saying they ski better! they were just cooler, i think they should have just kept it the public enemy why the hell do you give a shit if i thing that that's cooler than the "extreme"??
 
Yeah, that makes sense, I buy all my skis and ski gear based on what is cool to some of NS. I have XXL Saga over a 6XL tall T, with alternate Jibberish outerwear, Full Tilts, Griffons on Afterbangs, crowbars with 6 lenses, some 15" poles and some waterproofless colorful glove liners.

i love my anthems and it sucks that there getting rid of them but they all ready have all there 2011 skis in production there not gonna start making it now
 
I'm sad to hear the Anthem go. Its a great ski. I have the last year of invaders. and i hate to say it i wont' be buying skis from line for awhile. My edges are all fucked up and i barely ever do rails. My top sheet got ass raped. and they ride slow as fuck. Hope they get things figured out unless mines a defect.

But not that this matters. I think that the graphics for this year are just sad. I will most likely be purchasing armada or moment since they seem to have they're shit together. But nobody cares about my opinion.
 
they didn't get rid of the chronic...they just changed the name and made it symmetrical..which is awesome because i center mount my chronics anyway
 
I've ridden Line for a while now, because their skis were always fat, soft and fun to ride. They also had park skis from 84mm-100mm waists.

Now it is 88-92mm

I shall savour the rest of my time on the Anthems, and when they're done, I'll look for a new ski.

RIP Anthems.
 
Even though I don't like most of the skis named...

THE NEW SKIS ARE BETTER. They changed things on the old ones to make them better at what they were designed for(like bringing the butter zones closer on ABangs than they were on Anthems and Invaders). I don't get why people can't see that... I wouldn't want any of these really, but would much rather be on ABangs than Invaders or Anthems(I hated invaders and anthems, and haven't skied ABangs but moving in the butter zone makes a ton of sense). This thread is so pointless and has lasted so long..
 
I'm not in the market but that is quite a dissapointment, lets just hope the skis to replace them are amazing, because the Afterbang after the Invader was not an improvement.
