come on man, is this rumor still going around, read freeskier, use the search bar, they did not drop him, he left them. They were not given his the support he needed.

i believe he was the one that left salomon

it was in the november or october issue of freesiker

and it said that it was because salomon was becoming less and less friendly too its athlets so peter left them because he felt things were not working out for him on salomon
 
he is correct

he stole a girl's credit card who worked at the ski tour (the registration girl i think) and ran up a 1500 tab on it. he thought it was a funny joke but then he realized that he is not funny and that he is a jackass. then he got dropped from salomon. make no mistake about it, he did not leave salomon. you don't leave that kind of money on the table in our industry. there isn't that much to go around in skiing.
 
woh, anybody else notice that somebody quoted this before it was posted - he prob made 2 posts and they deleted one - but weird nonetheless
 
right now nordica might be lame but bushfield and olenick might have some good influence over the company in the next few years
 
big company=big money for petey. plus i really think nordica are getting their shit together as far as freeski goes- their 08 line looks ok, they are building a pretty ace pro team and their boots are great...

so i guess the question is why not nordica?
 
I have been riding Nordica boots this season and they are by far the best boot I have ever ridden. Never ridden their skis though.
